DINNER FOR 8 PREPARED BY EXECUTIVE CHEF/OWNER RUSSELL JACKSON OF LAFITTE RESTAURANT:
Chef/owner Chef Russell Jackson will prepare a special gourmet dinner for eight at his new, cutting-edge restaurant, Lafitte. He honed his craft in some of the hottest restaurants in Los Angeles before graduating in the top of his class from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, after which he returned to LA to open Russell’s, his first restaurant. After Russell’s, he became a private chef for several A-list celebrities, and in 1999, returned to San Francisco to serve as the chef of Black Cat Restaurant in the North Beach district and has recently opened Lafitte. At Lafitte, Jackson will harness his signature style to continue to do what he does best: Feed The People Certificate must be used before Sept. 1, 2011, dates are subject to mutual availability & agreement between Chef and purchaser. Package includes 6 bottles of R&B wines plus a bottle of Ketel One vodka for pre-dinner cocktails.
